Kayla VOICE
Kayla is a singing teacher in Paris, as well as a classical singer. Originally from New Zealand, she holds a Master of Music in Classical Performance, specializing in voice, from the University of Auckland, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Theatre Studies from the University of Waikato.
As a vocal coach, Kayla teaches singing with a strong classical foundation while supporting students across different genres. Her lessons can include vocal technique, repertoire, musical understanding, and performance confidence. She has taught private voice and music students since 2012.
Alongside her teaching, Kayla maintains an active performance career as a contralto classical singer. She regularly performs in Paris, including recitals and private concert collaborations with pianist Mirei Tsuji, and has sung opera, oratorio, choral, and recital repertoire in France and New Zealand.
Kayla has collaborated with The American Conservatory of Paris since 2024.
