
Jessica CELLO
Jessica is an avid pedagogue and performer. She received her Master of Arts degree from the Royal Academy of Music in London, and her Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Michigan.
At the Royal Academy of Music, Jessica studied with Mats Lidström as a scholarship recipient. She graduated with Distinction and was awarded the Diploma of the Royal Academy of Music, which is the Academy’s award for highest achievement in performance. Jessica also uniquely holds the Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music, which is the pedagogical license exclusively awarded to Academy graduates. She previously studied with Anthony Elliott at the University of Michigan, where she was the recipient of the Alfred B. Lockwood memorial scholarship and graduated Summa cum Laude.
Jessica is particularly passionate about teaching, and has been mentored by Daniel Smith, a former Director of the Junior Royal Academy of Music. While in London, Jessica maintained an active private teaching studio and was Head of Music at King Solomon Academy, a school with a focused program on strings education.
Jessica joined the faculty of the American Conservatory of Paris in 2023.
