Performing Arts during spring break April 16-21, 2018 for ages 12-17.

The Fool of the World and the Flying Ship the Musical

The creative team wrote this performing arts piece with the 12-17-year-old students specifically in mind. In this unique format, up to 30 young performers will be joined by professional adult singers and a live band of musicians to create a magical theatrical experience complete with a beautiful forest, a sumptuous palace, a glorious banquet, and a huge avalanche!

It is a fantastic opportunity for students to use their musical skills on stage and they will perform with professional singers by their side. They will sing, dance, act, create sets and props for their production.

30 students maximum participation so sign up quickly!

The Story

Princess Ruby definitely doesn’t want to marry any of the horrid princes her greedy father keeps pushing her way so she declares she will only consent to wed the person who can bring her a flying ship. Meanwhile, far away on the other side of the Kingdom, Peter seems like the last person to do something that impressive, but appearances can be deceptive!
